To serve you, as a consumer, efficiently and conveniently, we have to make use of modern technology and customer information.   • Information we receive from you on application or other forms.
  • Information about your transactions with us.
  • Information about your transactions with nonaffiliated third parties.
  • Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies.

From time to time, we may disclose non-public personal information about you to business partners that perform services on our behalf, to financial institutions or securities companies with whom we have joint contractual agreements. We may disclose non-public personal information about you to our affiliates in an effort to better understand your relationship with our firm and offer you a wider range of advice. We never, under any circumstances, sell or share your non-public information with unaffiliated, third-party organizations except where required by law.

OPT-OUT INFORMATION

If you elect to opt out of information sharing, we will treat that opt out as applying to all financial products or services that you have obtained from us in the past or that you may obtain from us in the future. We will treat an opt-out direction by any joint account holder as applying to all parties on the account. Your opt-out request will become effective as soon as reasonably practicable after we receive it.

If you do not receive notice of your intent to opt out of information sharing with our affiliate companies within 30 days of delivery of this notice to you, we are authorized to disclose information about you to our affiliated companies in accordance with our privacy policies and practices.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF NON-PUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION

We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to our associates who need to know the information to provide products or services to you and as required by law and regulation. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with Federal and State standards to guard your non-public personal information.
